Hey! I’m Bryan, I've been in the social enterprise and business space for the past 15 years. From non-profit organizations to for profits seeing businesses thrive is a true passion of mine. I know business is complicated but I'd like to help come alongside your organization to help you create more value for your community.

Why the name Caddis?
The caddisfly is an incredible insect and I believe represent the growing and emerging business. While growing in their infancy (in streams and rivers) they create a safe case to develop in a type of cocoon. When they mature they rise up to the surface of the water where their wings develop and they set sail for new horizons.
Similar to businesses they need to create a dynamic and tough shell that is not easy to penetrate. This consists of business operations and and strong business foundation. If those elements are dialed in they provide an element of health and safety to allow it to thrive into full maturation. Caddis’ are scrappy and use the resources available to them to keep them safe and stable. I am also an avid fly fisher and its one of my favorite flys to use out in the wild.
Its a passion of mine to do help come alongside of small businesses that want to thrive but need extra assistance to develop and stay safe in the marketplace. The goal being to see each business hit the top surface water and thrive!

I have experience in multiple realms of business that translates into direct impact to support your business or organization. In 2008 I helped to launch a non profit workforce training social enterprise. Focused on creating avenues for those who are unemployed but looking for an opportunity to provide for their families. Through its current incredible leadership the organization has now grossed over 6 million dollars in revenue and now recycles over 3 million pounds of waste within the Central Valley of CA.
After this experience I took the reins of a local 501c3 coffee importing and wholesale company called Lanna Coffee Co. Transitioning it from a non profit to a for profit I grew our operations with an incredible team by 4x revamping every aspect of the business. Using e-commerce, wholesale coffee shops and large grocery and big box companies like Costco the coffee company grew to creating clean water wells for villages in Northern Thailand and impacting the health of their communities for multiple generations to come.
In the most recent past, I’ve had experience in working in the Real Estate Development industry leading acquisition and development of properties in California, Toledo Ohio, Buffalo New York and New Mexico. Within this experience working for a technology start up I experienced every aspect from financing, capital investments and building operations various contracts involved government entities and private investors.
I created Caddis Consulting to harness all of this experience and put it to work into the passion of seeing social enterprises thrive. Its ultimately what gives me great job and I believe can make the largest impact in our communities. Creating businesses that are great for the community and serve needs, what can be better! I want to see businesses have clear vision, obstacles identified and removed and continue to grow and thrive for the communities they serve.
